Each piece from Garber Ceramics is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

During collection launches or seasonal releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item and your delivery location.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods to ensure safe delivery.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order leaves our studio and is transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
