Refund policy
At Garber Ceramics, each piece is handmade in small batches. Variations in glaze, carving, and form are part of the story of the work.
Returns
Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our pottery, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Please review all product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, we are always happy to help before an order is placed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing help@garberceramics.com. After that time, your order may already be processed or packed for shipment.
Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged:
Email us help@garberceramics.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
If approved, we will:
- Replace the item if inventory allows, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help initiate a claim
